If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us with your measurements — we will personally recommend the right size for you.

Yes. LIRAE London is designed with real women in mind. Our pieces are cut with generous armholes, comfortable waistlines and lengths that flatter rather than expose. We avoid the cropped, body-conscious silhouettes that dominate fast fashion — our garments are made to be worn with confidence and ease.

Simply exchange it. You have 30 days from delivery to request a different size at no additional cost. We understand that ordering clothing online carries uncertainty — which is why we make exchanges as simple as possible.

Our pieces are true to the measurements shown in the size chart. Where a garment is intentionally oversized or fitted, we state this clearly in the product description. We would rather you order once and love it, than order twice out of confusion.

Yes. Every product page includes a fit indicator showing whether the piece runs small, true to size, or large, alongside styling notes describing how the garment sits on the body.

We work with natural and high-quality blended fabrics chosen for comfort, drape and longevity — including viscose, linen blends, brushed cotton and premium jersey. Full fabric composition is listed on every product page so you know exactly what you are buying.

No. We deliberately select fabrics with proper weight and opacity. If a piece is intentionally sheer or requires layering, we state this clearly in the description. You will never receive something thinner than expected.

Detailed care instructions are included on the garment label and on every product page. Most of our pieces are machine washable on a gentle cycle at 30°C. We recommend washing inside out and air drying to preserve colour and shape.

Our fabrics are pre-treated and colour-fixed to minimise shrinkage and fading. Following the care instructions will keep your pieces looking as they did on the first day for years to come.

We photograph every garment in natural light with minimal retouching to represent colours as faithfully as possible. Slight variation can occur depending on your screen settings, but we never enhance or alter the true colour of a piece.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, and international delivery 5–10 working days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Yes — complimentary shipping is included on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We deliver across Europe, North America and to over 50 countries worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received it within 48 hours, please check your spam folder — and if it is still missing, contact us and we will send it directly.

Delays are rare, but if your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order number. We will trace it with the courier and, if it cannot be located, we will resend or refund your order in full.

Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item with tags attached, for a full refund — no explanation required. We want you to feel completely comfortable ordering from us.

Return shipping is complimentary for all UK customers. For international returns we provide a discounted prepaid label. If something is not right, the cost should not be your concern.

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours, along with simple step-by-step instructions. No forms to print if you would rather not — we can arrange collection.

Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days. Depending on your bank, the amount usually appears in your account within 7 working days.

We inspect every order before dispatch, but if something is wrong, contact us with a photograph and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
